The Role
As the Senior Sales Manager, you’ll lead revenue‑generating efforts by building strong client relationships, securing group and corporate business, and representing the hotel with professionalism and confidence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and manage key accounts within assigned market segments
- Proactively source new business through calls, networking, and site tours
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients
- Work closely with Operations, Catering, and Revenue teams to ensure successful events and stays
- Maintain accurate account details, forecasts, and activity logs
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and community functions
- Achieve or exceed revenue targets and market share goals
