Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive growth in the UK health sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure efficient processes for lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.
• Ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in a senior sales management role, preferably within the SaaS or healthcare sector in the UK market.
• Extensive experience in B2B sales, with a focus on selling solutions to healthcare organizations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
