In 2017, after more than ten years in the lift industry across Europe and Asia, Benoît Dupont noticed a system stuck in its ways where speed takes priority over quality and frontline teams remain invisible.
With Jade Francine and Tristan Foureur, he founded WeMaintain to put technology, trust and people back at the heart of building maintenance. Their ambition: give technicians back their autonomy, rely on in-house IoT technology, and deliver a service designed for users and clients.
Based in Paris, London, Singapore and Hong Kong, we maintain lifts, escalators, automatic doors and fire safety systems. With 300+ employees, we combine on-the-ground expertise with data-driven management to deliver high-performing, transparent, and sustainable maintenance.
We don’t just maintain buildings. We transform how they’re operated.
Because here, you don’t have to choose between autonomy and stability.
Large groups often offer stability, but little room to manoeuvre. Smaller organisations allow more freedom, but sometimes without clear direction.
At WeMaintain, we strike the right balance:
Real autonomy, with modern tools and strong support
A culture built on trust, transparency and respect
Genuine opportunities for growth and internal mobility
A team that values commitment, perseverance and the drive to make things happen
And our values guide us every day:
Care: Working with respect and kindness, internally as well as with our customers
Grit: Seeing things through, with high standards and determination
Uniqueness: Daring to be yourself, sharing your ideas and challenging the status quo
We’re seeking a Senior Sales Executive/Commercial Lead (Hunter) to expand our maintenance portfolio for lifts and escalators in Singapore.
This is a high-impact commercial role focused on new business: you’ll open doors, build trust with key stakeholders, run a structured sales cycle, and close new maintenance contracts, then hand over to Operations & Finance for delivery.
As a Senior Sales Executive / Commercial Lead, you will:
Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, site visits/assessments, solution design & pricing (validated with Ops), proposal presentation, negotiation and closing
Build and grow a network across the built environment ecosystem: property managers, FM teams, asset managers, building owners, consultants, contractors
Conduct site surveys to understand the current setup, constraints, equipment condition, risks and client expectations and tailor our maintenance approach accordingly
Maintain a high-quality, accurate pipeline in our CRM, with disciplined forecasting and reporting
Position WeMaintain as a trusted advisor: focus on long-term quality, transparency, safety and user experience
Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion (additional sites), and where relevant, upsell/cross-sell in collaboration with internal teams
You’re a great fit if you:
Have 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in a hunter role
Are comfortable being accountable for outcomes and operating with high ownership
Have strong negotiation skills and know how to close professionally
Communicate with impact and can influence at all levels (site to C-level)
Are proactive, positive, competitive and genuinely motivated by winning new business
Are structured and rigorous (pipeline management, follow-up discipline, forecasting)
Have strong presentation skills and can run discovery meetings with confidence
You have experience in lift/escalator maintenance or broader building services / FM / technical services
You’re comfortable with CRM and data-driven sales routines
You have an existing network in the Singapore property / FM ecosystem
You consistently generate qualified opportunities and build a reliable pipeline
You convert prospects into signed maintenance contracts
You collaborate smoothly with Operations & Finance to ensure feasible offers and clean handovers
You raise the bar on commercial discipline (forecasting, CRM hygiene, deal pro)
Annual Leave
Public Holidays entitlement
Bonus (performance-based)
Medical benefits insurance (Hospital & Surgical, Outpatient and Dental benefits)
A role with real ownership, strong support, and room to grow in a mission-driven company transforming building maintenance

At WeMaintain, we believe smarter buildings start with the right people + tech.
Founded in 2017 in Paris, we set out to fix what was broken in building operations: outdated processes, limited data, and a system that often overlooked the people who make buildings work.
We combine AI-driven insights, in-house IoT technology, and field expertise to deliver predictive maintenance and modernisation solutions for lifts, escalators, fire safety systems, and automatic doors.
Our product ecosystem supports every stakeholder:
– An App built for engineers in the field
– A customer platform for asset managers and building owners
– A back-office system for operations teams
– And Maximize, our independent IoT monitoring solution providing predictive insights across all equipment types, brands, and models.
With this end-to-end approach, clients can optimize performance, ensure compliance, and make smarter decisions, backed by real-time data and transparent reporting.
Today, we operate in France, the UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong, driven by the same mission that inspired us from day one: To empower the people behind the machines with smart tools and real autonomy, transforming traditional maintenance into seamless, data-driven operations.
We’re not just maintaining buildings, we're leading the building operation transformation.
