We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive to join our Sales team at PIL Hong Kong The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive new business development while managing key customer accounts to achieve sales and revenue targets.
2. Manage local and cross-trade shipments, coordinating closely with HQ and overseas agencies to drive commercial actions.
3. Monitor and report on sales pipelines, business opportunities. Provide regular market insights and competitor analysis to management.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline progress.
5. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Department Head of Sales / General Manager.

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Logistics or related field
• Minimum 3 years of Sales experience in container/liner shipping, freight forwarding or related industry.
• Strong knowledge in container/liner shipping industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
