Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits of our packaging solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the packaging or printing industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
• Strong understanding of the packaging industry, including market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive Working.
• Good communication in English.
