Sales Executive (Chinese Speaking) 1position

Responsibilities:

• Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with all staff in the company.
• Regularly call on existing and potential customers.
• Develop and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
• Effectively manage time and resources to achieve desired results.
• Build business growth through support of company-branded products.
• Manage pricing and monitor compliance with credit terms.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize product positioning.
• Manage end-to-end sales processes for clients in electronics, automotive, and F&B label sectors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in selling plastic film, coated paper, stickers, and adhesive tape products.
• Demonstrated ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively across diverse audiences and channels.
• Strong proficiency in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and data to inform strategic decisions.
• Skilled in crafting clear and concise articulation of communication objectives to guide project execution effectively.
• Proven ability to foster collaboration across diverse functional disciplines and regional cultures, ensuring alignment and mutual success.
• Adept at guiding discussions, resolving conflicts, and building consensus among stakeholders to drive projects forward.
• Good command of English and Chinese languages.
