Salla is where Saudi commerce goes to sell online - 60,000+ merchants already run their business on us. We're growing the team that brings the next wave of them on board, and we're looking for a Sr. Sales Executive who hunts.
If you're the kind of seller who spots an opportunity, opens the door yourself, and doesn't rest until it's signed - this one's for you. You'll own the full cycle end to end, from first contact to a live, activated merchant, across everyone from ambitious SMBs to enterprise brands with serious GMV on the line. And you'll do it with a product that actually delivers: storefront, payments, logistics, marketing, AI, and more.
What you'll do:
- Prospect, qualify, and close new merchant accounts across SMB and enterprise segments in your assigned verticals - self-sourcing your pipeline rather than waiting on inbound.
- Build and maintain a clean, honest pipeline - always clear on what's real, what's hopeful, and what to walk away from.
- Run discovery that diagnoses a merchant's actual business needs, not just surface-level interest.
- Deliver tailored pitches that show how Salla's suite - storefront, payments, logistics, marketing, integrations, AI, and more - solves that specific merchant's situation.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise deals across longer cycles - from founder to finance to IT - and drive them to signature.
- Forecast accurately and keep your CRM disciplined, so your numbers can be trusted.
- Partner with onboarding to ensure a smooth handover and fast activation - the win isn't done at signature.
- Provide structured market feedback to the team - sharing vertical trends, pricing signals, and recurring objections from the field to inform sales strategy.

Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or digital solutions.
- Proven track record of prospecting, generating leads, and closing new deals - not just working inbound.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with business owners and enterprise stakeholders.
- Understanding of e-commerce solutions, including payments, integrations, and digital solutions—with the ability to simplify complex concepts for merchants.
