Roles and Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers

  • Provide product information and answer customer queries

  • Help in test ride and explain the features.

  • Excellent negotiation and convincing skills to close sales.

  • Coordinate and ensure the delivery happens right in-time.

  • Handle customer inquiries

  • Meet sales targets.

  • Help customers in choosing the bike based on their requirement.

  • Close follow up calls to leads inquired.


Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in bike sales / automobile sales

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of bikes and their technical specifications

  • Strong negotiation and selling skills

  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

  • Passionate about bikes and the automobile industry
