Job Title - Senior Sales Executive
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across hospitality, food & beverage, and entertainment verticals. This role focuses on developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering consistent sales performance in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new corporate, retail, and institutional clients.
Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close sales opportunities.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
Understand client needs and propose customized solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Analysis & Strategy
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide market feedback to support pricing and promotional strategies.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Negotiation & Contract Management
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales agreements.
Negotiate commercial terms in line with company guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and CRM records.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Support sales planning and budgeting activities.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams.
Support promotional campaigns, events, and product launches.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or entertainment.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
