Key Responsibilities:


  1. Sales & Business Development:


    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the glass processing and façade sector.

    • Cultivate relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and developers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.

    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotes to clients, demonstrating the benefits of specific glass products, façades, or systems.

    • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

  2. Technical Support & Consultancy:


    • Provide expert advice on the technical aspects of glass processing, including types of glass, coatings, and finishing options.

    • Guide clients on the best glass and façade systems for their projects, considering factors such as safety, energy efficiency, aesthetics, and sustainability.

    • Work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure technical feasibility and product quality.

    • Assist in product selection, design modifications, and custom specifications based on project requirements.

  3. Project Coordination:


    • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and installation of glass products and façade systems.

    • Manage the coordination between the client and manufacturing teams to meet project deadlines and budgets.

    • Monitor the progress of projects and address any technical or logistical issues that may arise.

  4. Market Analysis & Product Knowledge:


    • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in glass processing and façade systems.

    • Conduct competitor analysis to understand market demands and develop strategies to position the company’s offerings effectively.

    • Provide feedback to the product development team on customer preferences and market needs.

  5. Relationship Management:


    • Foster strong long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.

    • Offer after-sales support and maintenance services, ensuring customer satisfaction and continued engagement.

  6. Reporting & Documentation:


    • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client communications, project progress, and forecasts.

    • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, potential opportunities, and market conditions.


Skills and Qualifications:


  • Technical Expertise:

    In-depth knowledge of glass products (e.g., tempered glass, laminated glass), processing techniques, and façade systems.
