Job Description

🌍 Our mission

We don’t only maintain lifts and escalators — we transform how they’re operated.
At WeMaintain, we build tech that empowers the people who keep cities running, making building maintenance smarter, faster, and more human.

🔧 Why join us?

You don’t have to choose between autonomy and stability

Big companies offer structure but little ownership or recognition.
Small companies offer freedom but not always clear direction or long-term support.

At WeMaintain, you get both:

  • Autonomy backed by real support and modern tools
  • A culture of trust, transparency, and respect
  • Career growth and opportunities for internal mobility
  • A team that values grit, perseverance, and the drive to make a real impact

Our values come to life every day:

🤝 Care — Respect and support for clients and colleagues
💪 Grit — Persistence and high standards to get things done right
🌱 Uniqueness — Encouragement to share ideas and challenge the status quo

👀 Who we’re looking for

WeMaintain is the new player in the lift industry in Hong Kong, yet we’re not a “cowboy” company.

  • We have unique in-house technology tools that give us a real advantage to provide transparency.
  • We already have operations in France, the UK, Singapore, and Portugal.
  • We work with global customers managing buildings in Hong Kong and strong local leaders such as MTR.

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Executive (Hunter) to expand our lifts and escalators portfolio in Hong Kong.

This role is for someone who thrives on opening doors, building a strong pipeline from scratch, and turning complex, consultative conversations into bookings.

📌 What Will Your Future Role Be?

  • Drive new business acquisition: identify, target, and engage with prospective clients across key building segments (e.g. commercial, residential, transport, schools).
  • Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting → discovery → site visits/assessments → solution & pricing with the approval of the operations teams → proposal → negotiation on price and terms and conditions → closing→ handover to the Operations and finance team.
  • Conduct site surveys to understand the client’s needs, equipment requirements, and constraints, and tailor our offering accordingly.
  • Create and present proposals yourself (with internal support).
  • Build and maintain a strong, accurate pipeline in our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring disciplined forecasting and reporting.
  • Develop a strong market network: property managers, asset managers, building owners, consultants, contractors etc.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upsell/cross-sell.

đź‘‘ You Are the Right Person for Us If:

  • You are a true Hunter: you enjoy outbound, prospecting, attending events, meeting customers, and creating opportunities; you don’t wait for leads to come to you.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in the lift industry.
  • You have a proven record of hitting/exceeding targets in B2B sales, ideally in building services, property management, facilities management, or technical services.
  • You are resilient in managing long and complex sales cycles (multiple stakeholders, technical constraints, procurement, contract negotiations).
  • You have strong negotiation skills, high ownership, and you’re comfortable being accountable for outcomes.
  • You’re structured and rigorous: pipeline management, follow-ups, CRM hygiene, forecasting.
  • You communicate with impact and can influence at all levels (from site teams to C-level / asset owners).

🌟 Bonus points if

  • You have worked for a non-OEM company.
  • You already have a strong network in the Hong Kong property / FM ecosystem.
  • You’re comfortable working in English/ Cantonese / Mandarin.
  • You’ve used Salesforce.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

🔥 What success looks like

  • You consistently build a healthy pipeline through outbound and networking.
  • You bring in new logos and expand revenue within existing accounts.
  • You sell the right deals: aligned with our operational capabilities and client expectations.
  • You establish WeMaintain as a trusted, tech-enabled maintenance partner in Hong Kong.

About WeMaintain

At WeMaintain, we believe smarter buildings start with the right people + tech.

Founded in 2017 in Paris, we set out to fix what was broken in building operations: outdated processes, limited data, and a system that often overlooked the people who make buildings work.

We combine AI-driven insights, in-house IoT technology, and field expertise to deliver predictive maintenance and modernisation solutions for lifts, escalators, fire safety systems, and automatic doors.

Our product ecosystem supports every stakeholder:

– An App built for engineers in the field

– A customer platform for asset managers and building owners

– A back-office system for operations teams

– And Maximize, our independent IoT monitoring solution providing predictive insights across all equipment types, brands, and models.

With this end-to-end approach, clients can optimize performance, ensure compliance, and make smarter decisions, backed by real-time data and transparent reporting.

Today, we operate in France, the UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong, driven by the same mission that inspired us from day one: To empower the people behind the machines with smart tools and real autonomy, transforming traditional maintenance into seamless, data-driven operations.

We’re not just maintaining buildings, we're leading the building operation transformation.
