About the role:

As a Sales Executive – Treasury Solutions, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across mid-market corporates within the Office of the CFO (oCFO) team. You will engage directly with CFOs, Treasurers and Finance leaders, helping them transform their treasury and financial operations through innovative solutions. This is a quota-carrying role focused on building pipeline, closing deals and expanding FIS’s footprint in the corporate segment.

About the team:

You will be part of the oCFO sales team, focused on delivering treasury and financial solutions to corporate clients. The team partners closely with product, pre-sales and solution specialists to deliver market-leading capabilities across treasury, payments and financial operations. As a Sales Executive, you will collaborate with high-performing colleagues across EMEA to drive growth in a strategic segment.

What you will be doing:

  • Drive new business sales by identifying, developing and closing opportunities with mid-market corporate clients
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline focused on treasury solutions, engaging CFOs, Treasurers and Finance leaders
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and contract close
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies to exceed annual sales targets
  • Partner with internal stakeholders including pre-sales, product and delivery teams to position solutions effectively
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support continued revenue growth

What you will need:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales within fintech, treasury, payments or banking
  • Experience selling to mid-market corporates, ideally into finance or treasury functions
  • Strong hunter mindset with consistent quota attainment
  • Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders, including CFOs and Treasury leads

Added bonus if you have:

  • Knowledge of treasury management systems (TMS), cash management or liquidity solutions
  • Existing network within corporate treasury or finance communities
  • Experience working in an Office of the CFO or finance-focused solution environment
