Job Description

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development of linear motion and precision motion products in Singapore, with occasional support for the South East Asia Market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across industries such as machine tools, semiconductors, electronics, and medical equipment.
• Understand customer requirements and propose tailored motion solutions through technical discussions, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and regular sales reports, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective account management.
• Track industry trends and competitor activities to support sales planning and collaborate closely with the General Manager on strategy.
• Work with regional colleagues to achieve sales targets, resolve customer issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience in linear motion, motion control, automation, or machine tools, with a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Independent, results-driven, and motivated to grow the business in a competitive market.
• Must possess driving license and own transport.
