We are Hiring Senior Sales Engineer for Reputed Co in Saudi Arabia

About Co : Provides products, solutions, and services for industrial power, signal, and data applications and is a pioneer in hazardous area solutions

Manufactures and assembles customized solutions including:

• Instrument Junction Boxes

• Electrical Junction Boxes

• Local Control Stations

• Relay Panels

• Customized Motor Control Panels

• Solar Combiner Boxes

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve/exceed sales targets in the Saudi Arabian market.

• Focus particularly on hazardous area products and solutions

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, procurement teams, consultants, and EPC contractors.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and projects in:

  • Oil & Gas

  • Petrochemicals

  • Chemicals

  • Power Generation, especially hazardous-zone applications

  • Water & Wastewater

  • Heavy Manufacturing

• Participate in local trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Technical Expertise & Support

• Act as the primary technical contact for customers.

• Provide technical advice and solutions for industrial applications, particularly hazardous environments

• Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshops.

• Explain product features, benefits, and certifications such as ATEX and IECEx

• Work closely with production and engineering teams to understand product capabilities and certifications.

• Provide customer feedback to support continuous improvement.

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans.

• Effectively use CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records.

Salary & Benefits

Salary : SAR 15000 to SAR 18000 Basic ( Based on Exp )

Requirements

• 8 - 12 yrs in Technical Sales / Sales Engineering / Business Development

• Engineering background in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Industrial Automation

• Experience with Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / EPC projects

• Strong exposure to Hazardous Area Solutions

• Knowledge of ATEX / IECEx

• Experience dealing with consultants, EPC contractors, procurement teams, and end clients

• Saudi Arabia / GCC market experience would be an advantage.
