• Review MOD negotiation projects technical requirement to provide deviation design proposals. Be responsible for MOD negotiation project technical items clarification . Provide technically support for new projects during negotiation and quotation stage. Manage the across-departments review for complicated projects. Communicate with sales representatives and oversea customers to promote OTIS China product.
• Review and confirm the technical items of contract. Confirm deviation solution during contract negotiation phase and revise deviation design solution according to changes. Manage the across-departments review for complicated projects.
• Design layout proposal for MOD negotiation projects or review customer’s layout drawings during projects negotiation phase. Communicate with oversea customer to work out an agreed layout design for quotation.
• Confirm customer’s layout drawing or create layout drawings for contracts according to agreed product configuration and design proposals.
• Once deviation solution and layout is finalized, make a Bill of Materials (BOM) and send to finance for pricing, for both new negotiation project and contracts.
• Negotiate with customer and could recommend suitable MOD package based on customer’s requirements
• Based on field survey data, recommend competitive product and solution, negotiate with customer on details and requirements, coordinate with factory to complete the solution
• Be capable to travel to oversea alone for project negotiation technical support, product training and etc. Be familiar with MOD products and could introduce to our customers. Capability to lead project for value engineering and for complicated technical solution
• Collect MOD market requirements, complying with local code and regulations, promote product improvement and standardization, improve product competitiveness. With standard work and tool development, improve MOD efficiency and accuracy.
