We are hiring a motivated Junior Sales Engineer to support the sales efforts in our Ironmongery division. The candidate must have a background in project sales and a foundational understanding of tendering processes. This is a full-time, permanent position with growth potential and an incentive structure.
Support the sales team in achieving project sales targets.
Identify and engage with potential clients in the target industries.
Assist in preparing project proposals, quotes, and presentations.
Maintain updated records of sales activities, client communications, and project follow-ups.
Report progress and sales activities to management on a regular basis.
Bachelors Degree (mandatory).
2 to 4 years of sales experience in a related industry.
2 to 4 years of UAE market experience.
Candidates from the building materials sector will also be considered.
Basic understanding of project-based sales and participation in tenders.
Indian or Arabic nationals preferred.
Strong command of English is mandatory.
Malayalam or Arabic speakers with strong English proficiency are encouraged to apply.
UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Vehicle allowance for candidates using their own vehicle.
Must have a stable work history.
