The Senior Sales Director is a high-impact, client-facing leader responsible for driving profitable growth across Sodexo’s Healthcare segment. This role is built for a strategic, consultative seller who excels at navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, building trust with C‑suite stakeholders, and shaping long-term partnerships that deliver measurable value.
You will own the full sales lifecycle—from identifying new opportunities to designing integrated solutions, negotiating multi-year agreements, and influencing client outcomes. Success is defined by quota attainment, new business acquisition, cross-selling, and the ability to translate client challenges into tailored, enterprise-level solutions.
This position is remote with approximately 50% travel, and the ideal candidate will reside near a major metropolitan airport to support national client engagement.
