Join Meteomatics, a leading provider of high-resolution weather and climate data! We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative.
As a SDR, your primary responsibility is to serve as the first point of contact for potential customers. You will be vital in supporting our sales teams using focused strategies to drive top-of-the-funnel activities to bring new business opportunities.

Manage the early sales cycle within defined industry and regional territory:
Lead generation & prospecting.
Qualify leads by cold calling as well as nurture an qualify inbound leads.
Lead qualification: determine if a prospect’s needs and budget align with Meteomatics’s products, ensuring they are good fit for the sales pipeline.
Schedule discovery calls between qualified prospects and Account Executives.
Create a prospecting strategy to generate new business opportunities in collaboration with Sales counterparts:
Use various platforms like Hubspot, Gong, LinkedIn, and Zoominfo to enhance data intelligence and engage with high value prospects.
Accurately record and update data in our CRM system.
Build trusting relationships with potential customers:
Represent the company at exhibitions and events Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
Bring energy and innovation, adding to the culture of our growing SDR team.
Continuously develop your knowledge and competencies.
You have 5+ years of experience as SDR in a SaaS company.
You are comfortable in using AI tools to optimize your daily work.
You are highly communicative and love to talk to people. You have an agile mind and can easily adapt to new challenges.
You're a proactive, self-motivated and resilient individual, who is eager to learn and wants to grow in tech sales.
You’re a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-have: Interest or educational background in weather-related fields.
