  • Assist with the preparation and submission of pre-job documentation.
  • Maintain the company warranty system and ensure warranties are accurately issued to customers.
  • Ensure documentation and sales activities comply with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable industry regulations.
  • Monitor documentation requirements and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.

Client Communication

  • Serve as a key point of contact for new and existing clients when a Sales Consultant is unavailable.
  • Receive and document customer questions, concerns, and issues and ensure timely follow-up with the appropriate account holder.
  • Maintain professional, responsive, and customer-focused communication throughout the sales process.
  • Help ensure customers receive accurate information and a consistent level of service.

Meeting & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for sales team meetings, customer meetings, and other sales-related activities.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Manage data entry, filing, correspondence, and other administrative tasks related to sales operations.
  • Support the Sales Manager with special projects and other responsibilities as required.

Qualifications & Experience
