Good Feet Midwest is looking for a Senior Sales Consultant who leads by example, delivers exceptional sales results, and helps support the daily success of the store. This role is ideal for someone who wants leadership responsibilities without moving into a full management position.

Compensation

Average earnings of $70,000-$90,000+ annually through:
  • Competitive base salary

Growth Opportunity
The Senior Sales Consultant role is designed for high-performing sales professionals preparing for leadership.

What You'll Do
  • Consistently rank among the market’s top sales performers
  • Conduct one-on-one customer consultations using our consultative sales process
  • Build trust and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and sales excellence
  • Mentor and coach Sales Consultants through observation, encouragement, and best-practice sharing
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members
  • Assist with daily store operations when the Sales Manager is unavailable or assisting customers
  • Help maintain store standards, inventory organization, and operational excellence
  • Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as assigned
  • Support achievement of individual and store sales goals
  • Generate referrals, positive customer reviews, and repeat business

Ideal Backgrounds
Furniture sales, automotive sales, mattress sales, wireless sales, insurance sales, home improvement sales, fitness membership sales, medical sales, financial services sales, and other high-performance commission sales environments.

Schedule
Weekdays: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Our entire sales team works weekends and receives two days off during the week.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a weekly basis
  • Ability to reach overhead into shelving units to maintain inventory
  • Ability to work independently in the store during scheduled shifts
