We’re looking for a Senior Sales Associate, Sales Coordination to join our ever-evolving Hong Kong Merchant Sales Team and help shape the future of global commerce. As a key connection between Sales Managers, merchants, and internal teams, you’ll help create a seamless merchant experience from onboarding through ongoing account support. Your ability to coordinate complex requests, strengthen merchant relationships, and deliver timely solutions will improve sales efficiency and enable our teams to exceed client expectations. What you'll own

• Deliver seamless merchant onboarding and account support that enables new and existing merchants to access our payment solutions efficiently and within agreed service levels.
• Strengthen merchant satisfaction and loyalty by serving as a trusted secondary contact, coordinating timely solutions, and maintaining a consistently professional service experience.
• Improve sales efficiency and service performance by ensuring merchant requests are accurately tracked, proactively monitored, and successfully completed within established timelines.
• Enable informed sales and merchant decisions by delivering accurate reports and customized insights that improve performance visibility for Sales Managers and key merchants.
• Create growth opportunities through service excellence by developing strong merchant relationships, supporting priority accounts, and contributing to initiatives that enhance the overall client experience.

What you'll bring

• At least three years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer service, or a related client-facing environment.
• Sound understanding of the merchant onboarding process and account lifecycle, with the ability to coordinate requests accurately from submission through completion.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-management skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with merchants and internal teams.
• A positive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain quality under pressure.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English, together with hands-on experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Access.

It's a bonus if you have

• Experience in merchant acquiring, card payments, banking, or the broader financial services industry.
• Putonghua language capabilities that support engagement with a wider range of merchants and stakeholders.
• A strong interest in developing a long-term career in sales, merchant services, or payment solutions.
