About the role

We are looking for counsellors for scaling our premium counselling division. You will work with Managers and Senior Leaders to build a premium counselling division. We are looking for people who will define the charter for this vertical

The charter for this role will include :

• Conduct online telephonic and/or virtual counseling sessions with students interested in studying abroad
• Guide students on what courses to opt for based on their profile and interests
• Assist students in deciding on the universities/colleges and programs to apply to
• Assist in preparing and filing their applications
• Maintain follow-ups and a high conversion pipeline to meet enrollment targets
• Use CRM tools to manage leads efficiently and ensure timely follow-up and closure
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth student experience
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for student conversions

Ideal Persona would :

• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of CRM
• Consistent performer and has met targets in the previous organization
• Prior experience in study abroad or Edtech industry is preferred
• Be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
