Job Description

GV-Miami Design District

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer service.
  • Provide direct support to the Store Management by assisting with maintaining daily operations and operating procedures, as well as shipping/receiving and use.
  • Responsible for opening and closing procedures.
  • Initiate and build relationships and core personal business through creative selling and use of a client book. Following through on all steps of the Retail Excellence program.
  • Exceed monthly sales goals on a consistent basis, establish weekly sales plan and selling strategies.
  • Assist in maintaining the visual and general maintenance of the selling floor.
  • Handle customer's repairs from start to finish.
  • Advise clients about the best fit of pieces according to their needs.
  • Assist in the maintenance of all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
  • Complete other projects that are assigned by the General Manager and Associate Manager of the boutique.

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a retail environment - previous luxury experience preferred.
  • Full understanding of specialty retail and a proven track record in clientelling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, as well as retail Point of Sale systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a high paced retail environment.
  • Ability to multi-task with ease while maintaining a balance of daily responsibilities
  • A positive and outgoing personality that is entrepreneurial and sales focused.
