Role Overview:

They are seeking a Senior Sales Assistant fluent in Maltese to join their team. This role involves supporting sales operations, guiding and mentoring junior staff, and helping maintain the stores high standards. The role is available on both a full-time and part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers professionally.
• Offer product advice, styling tips, and promote store promotions.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Support store presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Mentor and guide junior sales staff.
• Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory checks.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Support the team in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Maltese; English is a plus.
• Proven retail or customer service experience, ideally in a supervisory role.
• Passion for fashion and trends.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
