This position is in our specialized portfolio enterprise where we serve diverse businesses who support unique customers or markets, including animal nutrition and health, bioindustrial, road safety salt and Cargill joint ventures.
El/La Senior Sales and Technical Representative Poultry será responsable de la gestión y desarrollo de clientes dentro del territorio español, con amplios conocimientos en avicultura de puesta, tanto en manejo como en patología, así como la capacidad para construir relaciones de alto valor con clientes y contribuir al fortalecimiento del posicionamiento competitivo de la organización en el mercado.
• Desarrollar e implementar planes para establecer y consolidar relaciones comerciales, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos individuales de ventas.
• Elaborar y ejecutar planes de negocio específicos para cada cuenta asignada, alineados con la estrategia comercial de la compañía.
• Coordinar eficazmente el uso de recursos internos (técnicos, marketing, entre otros) para ofrecer soluciones de valor añadido a los clientes.
• Desarrollar relaciones sólidas y de largo plazo con clientes clave, contribuyendo a la definición de estrategias de producto, pricing y servicios.
• Apoyar al supervisor y a otros profesionales de ventas en el desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades de mercado en el territorio o mercado designado.
• Gestionar de forma autónoma problemas complejos con mínima supervisión, escalando únicamente aquellos de mayor complejidad cuando sea necesario.
• Realizar otras funciones asignadas.
CALIFICACIONES MÍNIMAS
• Mínimo de cuatro años de experiencia laboral relacionada
• Pueden aplicarse otras cualificaciones mínimas
CALIFICACIONES PREFERIDAS
• Mínimo de siete años de experiencia laboral relacionada
• Graduado/a en Medicina Veterinaria.
• Sólidos conocimientos en manejo y patología en gallinas ponedoras.
• Manejo de Inglés
