What You'll Be Doing

• Identify new business opportunities and proactively generate new customer accounts through strategic prospecting.
• Build, manage and grow existing customer relationships by understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Successfully onboard new customers, ensuring they become active and maximise their spend potential within their first 13 weeks.
• Increase profitability by growing customer spend, improving margin and increasing share of wallet.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing deals, maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations and presentations to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
• Provide accurate reports on sales activity, customer feedback and market trends to support business growth.
