Job Description

Budget Not over than 40,000 THB

Working hours Monday - Friday 8.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m., on-site

Location Khlong Luang, Pathum Thani

Interview process 2 rounds

Responsibilities :

  • Reports directly to the Sales Administration Team Lead (Thai).
  • Handles overseas purchases (specifically Li-Ion Batteries and Chargers) and prepares monthly reports for the Excise Department.
  • Manages import-export activities, coordinates with the factory to arrange shipments, and issues shipping documents.
  • Oversees the shipment and customs clearance process, including submitting documents to government authorities for container release, and exports to other entities (e.g., using trucks to LMH-MY for refurbishment).
  • Manages Goods Receipt Note (GRN), outbound logistics, and asset transfers.
  • Coordinates with internal teams (Sales and Service, overseas factories, and regional offices) and external teams (Customs and forwarders, customers, suppliers, and the Excise Department).

Qualifications :

  • Thai candidate, aged not exceeding 40 years.
  • Bachelors Degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Administration or Sales Support, specifically with industrial products, and at least 1 year of Import-Export experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP, particularly in the Sales (SD) Module.
  • Self-disciplined with strict adherence to procedures and company compliance.
  • Proactive, with strong teamwork, multitasking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • A strong command of Chinese is considered advantageous.
