We are looking to welcome a Senior Sales Account Manager for our Food Colors Latam business. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will have the responsibility to direct sales activities for the Andean region in order to achieve planned profit and exceed sales objectives.

**This role is home based in either Colombia or Costa Rica.

What you'll do:

• You will drive impact in Sales across 9 countries in the Andean region, by understanding the market landscape, identifying growth opportunities, new customer prospects, key market segments, customers, market dynamics, trends, opportunities, gaps, and timelines.
• Develop and execute account business plans that outline customer strategies, requirements, sales forecasts, and customer satisfaction, with focus on natural colors conversion.
• You will manage a network of distribution partners by ensuring proper engagement, training, as well as execution and accountability.
• Collaborate and work closely with all departments, R&D, Manufacturing, Purchasing, QC/QA, and Finance located in the Mexican HQ, to ensure superior service for food, beverage and pharma customers and prospects.
• Grow and manage a pipeline of projects focused in natural colors, consistently following up to bring them to the finish line successfully.

You will bring:

• B2B experience in technical sales, ideally having managed distributors across several countries.
• A strategic approach to developing and winning business and savvy at selling technical, value-added solutions to a professional audience (ideally in ingredients in food, chemical or pharma industries).
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to travel 60-70% across the territory of responsibility.
• A bachelor's degree along with excellent organization, project management, customer service, and communication skills.
