Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 Base+Commission/yearLocated in Woodland, WA, LifePort is the leading manufacturer of medical transportation and interior products as well as ballistic armor protection systems for fixed and rotary wing aircraft. Position Summary:
Own and grow assigned customer accounts to drive revenue, margin expansion, and long-term value creation. Develop and execute account strategies that maximize pricing, profitability, and market share within targeted aerospace, defense, and commercial markets. Maintain disciplined forecasting and pipeline management to ensure accurate bookings and revenue conversion. Lead all commercial aspects of the account, including identification, qualification, pricing, and contract execution.
Essential Functions:
- Own full commercial responsibility for assigned accounts, including bookings, revenue, and margin performance
- Develop and execute account strategies focused on growth, pricing optimization, and competitive positioning
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across commercial and government customers
- Lead pricing strategy and ensure alignment with value-based pricing and company profitability objectives
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management, including clear opportunity status, timing, and probability to support accurate forecasting
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including executive, program, and procurement stakeholders
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to ensure proposals and commitments are executable and aligned with business objectives
- Deliver high-impact customer presentations and lead commercial discussions at senior levels
- Drive accountability to close opportunities by removing barriers and advancing deals to contract execution
- Support trade show strategy and targeted business development activities to expand market presence
- Ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal capabilities, with a focus on profitable execution
QualificationsJob Specifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and margin expansion
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles
- Ability to prioritize high-value opportunities and focus on activities that drive measurable results
- Strong analytical skills, including pricing strategy, financial evaluation, and forecasting
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- High level of ownership, accountability, and results orientation
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP/MRP and CRM systems (e.g., Infusionsoft/Keap or similar)
- Willingness to travel up to 50% or more
Education, Certifications and
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required (business, engineering, or related field preferred)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in aerospace, defense, or complex technical sales
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding bookings, revenue, and margin targets
- Experience with pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and long-cycle program sales preferred

Working conditions are normal for that of a manufacturing/machine shop/office environment.
