Job Title: Senior Sales Account Coordinator

Work Location: Dubai, UAE

As a Senior Sales Account Coordinator in the Fine Fragrance Experience team within our Perfumery & Beauty Business Unit, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales team throughout the Project-to-Order process. You will assist Account Managers in achieving objectives aligned with defined strategies, coordinate customer projects, and build strong customer relationships. You will also ensure commercial data is consistently updated, manage sample orders, and use SAP and Excel to track and control related activities, ensuring smooth and efficient commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team throughout the Project-to-Order process by coordinating customer projects, assisting Account Managers in achieving commercial objectives, and building strong customer relationships that contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate and support commercial activities before and after sales, including project coordination, pricing, product library maintenance, sales tracking, profitability analysis, and preparation of all project-related materials and documentation.
• Act as a key liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, particularly Sales and Product Development, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and timely project execution.
• Maintain accurate customer and project data within dsm-firmenich systems, ensuring proper recording of customer-specific commercial conditions, compliance with established processes, and effective project follow-up.
• Analyze business and project data, generate reports using predefined templates, monitor operational processes, and identify and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
• Serve as a systems and tools superuser by providing daily support to end users, delivering training on new tools and major updates, promoting best practices, and collaborating with global system owners on issues, improvements, and user adoption.

You bring

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, combined with 3–5 years of experience in commercial assistance, sales support, project coordination, or administrative support roles.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial and sales processes, combined with strong SAP and IT skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to support efficient daily operations.
• A solid understanding of business operations and an analytical mindset, enabling you to interpret data, generate reports, and support informed commercial decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• The ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers, primarily in a back-office support capacity.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal; Arabic is a plus.
