  Implement sales strategies to achieve unit targets, renewals, and profitability.

  Identify new business opportunities through proactive market prospecting.

  Lead, motivate, and coach the Unit Team to develop a culture of engagement.

  Manage a diverse business portfolio and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 
  Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Agriculture, Food Science, Food Technology, or any.
• 
  Experience: 4+ years in B2B Sales / Outdoor Sales.
• 
  Skills: Strong English (Very Good/Business Level) and Computer proficiency.
• 
  Competencies: A high level of initiative, result-driven mindset, and excellent people management skills.
