Job Description


On behalf of our client, we are in the process of hiring a
Senior Sales Coordinator
to join their team in
Jeddah
.

Job Summary:

The role will provide comprehensive sales and administrative support, manage client communication, coordinate order processing and fulfillment, and ensure timely closure and accurate tracking of all sales orders. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of coordinating effectively with sales, logistics, inventory, and other internal teams.

Role and Responsibilities

▪ Sales Support:

− Assist sales representatives in preparing and organizing sales presentations.

− Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer requests and resolve inquiries.

− Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling
appointments.

▪ Client Management:

− Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

− Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

▪ Order Processing:

− Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.

− Monitor order fulfillment and coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery.

− Track and report order status to clients and internal stakeholders.

− Supervise the closure of all sales orders delivered to customers at the end of each week and track all
open sales orders to know the status of each.


Requirements


  • Proven experience in a sales support or
    coordination role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking
    skills.

  • Excellent communication and
    interpersonal abilities.
