Job Description

This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You’ll join your colleagues in your local office at least two days a week with some travel to other offices.

At CityFibre, you’ll be part of something bigger, helping to build a better-connected Britain, together.

Joining us as a Senior SHE Business Partner

A You will shape governance, assurance and ISO‑aligned standards, working with leadership to embed sustainable safety and environmental performance across a national network build operation

  • Providing pragmatic SHE leadership across assurance, investigations and continuous improvement

  • The ability to analyse SHE data, trends and assurance outputs and translate insight into meaningful business action
  • Confidence influencing and coaching senior leaders to build ownership, competence and cultural maturity in SHE
  • A pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach, able to challenge constructively and drive sustainable improvement
  • Experience operating in regulated or high‑risk environments, working effectively across multi‑site operations and supply chains
  • A higher‑level Health & Safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent) and strong working knowledge of UK SHE legislation and ISO standards
