Job Description


We’re looking for a Senior RPA Developer to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with business and technology teams to identify automation opportunities, streamline finance and operational processes, and deliver robust, scalable bots that drive efficiency and performance.

General responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain RPA bots, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and efficient. · Conduct testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize RPA bots to ensure continuous performance.
  • Provide technical support and resolve issues related to RPA bots in production.
  • Document RPA processes, including technical specifications, process flows, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure compliance with security and data governance policies.
  • Assist in the training of end-users and internal teams on RPA best practices and processes.
  • Continuously improve RPA development practices and processes.

Functional skills and knowledge

  • Experienced in working with RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, and Power Apps, with strong knowledge of these platforms.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as VBA, VB.NET, C#, Python, and scripting languages like PowerShell, JavaScript, or SQL for automation and integration purposes.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of finance and accounting practices, IT infrastructures, and related business processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues in RPA bots and automation workflows.
  • Knowledge of RPA development best practices, including exception handling, error logging, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience using version control systems (e.g., GitHub) and maintaining clear documentation for automation processes, configurations, and code.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint for creating documentation, reports, and presentations.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and document processes effectively.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and develop solutions for complex automation challenges.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to focus on individual responsibilities.
  • Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, IT staff, and stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Detail-oriented to ensure the accuracy and reliability of automated processes and solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and changing business needs, with a strong desire to stay current with RPA trends and best practices.

Education
A degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Work experience
A minimum of two to three years of experience in RPA development or a similar role; hands-on experience with UiPath RPA tools is required; experience in project management is a plus.
