Responsibilities:

• Lead the Automation (UiPath) and Microsoft Power Platform practice from a technical perspective, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions
• Integrate governance and operational models within the IT organization
• Drive the continuous improvement and evolution of the Power Platform environment and automation services
• Ensure broad platform support and promote the adoption of best practices across technical teams and the wider community
• Manage service delivery and vendor operations within a factory model environment
• Conduct negotiations and collaborate closely with business units to deliver value-driven process improvements
• Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and platform upgrade activities
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of technical standards, development practices, and operational procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience managing teams within a factory/service delivery model
• Strong software engineering and development fundamentals
• Experience with platform support, incident resolution, and update management
• Experience with Microsoft technologies such as C# and .NET is considered a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is valued
• Experience with UiPath and enterprise automation initiatives is highly desirable
