Senior RMF Coordinator

Helm Point Solutions is a woman-owned cybersecurity and physical security firm committed to protecting the infrastructure that underpins national security. We’re looking for a mission-driven Senior RMF Coordinator to support our new 5-year Prime Award.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Provide enterprise-level coordination and oversight of RMF activities across a federal government contract.
• Support ISSOs, ISSMs, ISSEs, system owners, program managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the RMF lifecycle.
• Monitor systems as they move through RMF activities and authorization milestones and proactively identify stalled actions, bottlenecks, dependencies, and schedule risks.
• Work with responsible stakeholders to develop clear paths for resolving RMF blockers and maintaining forward progress.
• Ensure action owners, due dates, dependencies, and required deliverables are clearly identified and tracked through completion.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of professional experience, including significant experience supporting cybersecurity, information assurance, information systems security, or federal information systems.
• DoD 8140/8570 IAM Level II compliant certification
• TS/SCI Polygraph Clearance
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.

Salary Range: $200,000 – $250,000

Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, location, and contractual requirements.
