The Senior Risk Specialist is responsible for working items such as weekly, quarterly and monthly reporting for projects and necessary department related deliverables assigned by the Senior Risk Manager and/or Department Leadership. The responsibilities include prime contract reviews, negotiations with owner’s on insurance terms, subcontract reviews, placement, maintenance and oversight of project specific insurance policies, continuous oversight of insurance related contract Exhibits and addendums on the corporate and project level, collaboration with insurance brokerages as well as insurance companies and management of various software specifically utilized for risk management and insurance purposes.
Review of project and corporate related matters that have varying levels of risk associated to provide guidance and outline recommended best practices to both Clune and client staff to eliminate or significantly reduce adverse outcomes of occurring. This role will regularly engage with project owners and their affiliates in ensuring compliance for the insurance parameters provided. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to operate independently while keeping company and department objectives in mind and understanding of both field and office risks to be addressed in a timely manner.
