Responsabilidades principales:
Revisar y validar información de tickets ARR.
Identificar inconsistencias y coordinar ERV calls.
Interactuar con clientes para resolver dudas y definir próximos pasos.
Actualizar documentación y registrar avances en SNow AR Ticket.
Coordinar con Risk Managers, AppSec Architects y equipos NIS durante el ciclo del ticket.
Monitorear pendientes, comunicaciones y estados según SLOs.
Requisitos
Experiencia en roles relacionados (3–10 años).
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente.
Organización y capacidad para gestionar múltiples revisiones simultáneas.
Conocimiento de Information Security Policy, Application Readiness Standard y procesos de Application Readiness.
Capacidad analítica para evaluar controles, documentación técnica y datos complejos.
Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).
Experiencia documentando tareas en sistemas como ServiceNow.
