Senior Risk Management Executive

On behalf of our client, Manpower is seeking to recruit a Senior Risk Management Executive to join a well-established global insurance and financial services group based in Malta.

Your Day-to-Day

As part of the Risk Management Function, you'll help the business identify risks, solve challenges, and ensure the company continues to operate safely and effectively.

You'll be involved in:

• Monitoring and assessing business risks across the organisation
• Maintaining and improving risk registers and risk frameworks
• Preparing engaging reports, dashboards, and risk analysis for management and board committees
• Supporting regulatory reporting and governance requirements
• Conducting risk assessments, stress testing, and scenario analysis
• Identifying operational risks and helping develop practical solutions
• Working closely with different departments to promote a strong risk culture
• Supporting exciting projects related to operational resilience, governance, and regulatory developments

Who Are We Looking For?

We're looking for someone who enjoys analysing information, solving problems, and making a difference.

You will ideally have:

• A degree in Risk Management, Finance, Insurance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Actuarial Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
• The confidence to work with colleagues at all levels of the business

Extra Bonus Points If You Have:

• 5+ years of experience within Risk Management, Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services
• Knowledge of the Maltese regulatory environment
• Experience with Solvency II, ORSA, and regulatory reporting
• Exposure to insurance risk management frameworks
