ADI designs and manufactures high‑performance analog, mixed‑signal, and digital signal processing technologies that power the intelligent edge. ADI’s Global Procurement organization plays a critical role in ensuring resilient supply chains, strong governance, and uninterrupted manufacturing operations across fabs, design centers, and global business units worldwide.

We are seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to join our global procurement team and drive supplier risk management and supply continuity initiatives. In this mid-level role, you will identify, assess, and mitigate risks across our supply base to ensure smooth operations and resilience of the supply chain. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in procurement risk analysis and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on supply chain continuity and contribute to a culture of proactive risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supplier Risk Assessment & Monitoring: Evaluate and assess supplier and third-party risks – including single or sole sourced supplier, financial stability, quality, compliance, and geopolitical risks – through regular due diligence and data analysis. Continuously monitor supplier performance and risk indicators, identifying potential vulnerabilities in the supply chain.
  • Risk Mitigation & Continuity Planning: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize supply disruptions This includes creating or enhancing business continuity plans for critical suppliers, identifying alternate sourcing options, and establishing contingency arrangements to ensure operational and supply continuity in events of disruption.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage data analytics to analyze procurement and supply chain data for risk trends and insights. Provide regular reports and visual dashboards on supplier risk profiles, performance metrics, and supply continuity status to procurement leadership and stakeholders. Present findings with actionable recommendations for risk reduction and process improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. procurement category managers, supply chain operations, quality, finance) to ensure an integrated approach to risk management. Coordinate supplier improvement plans, drive risk mitigation initiatives, and support corporate compliance efforts in alignment with global procurement policies and standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion a risk-aware culture in procurement by sharing best practices and training colleagues on risk controls. Continuously improve risk management processes, staying up-to-date on industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes. Identify opportunities for process automation or simplification in tracking supplier risk and continuity planning.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field. 5+ years of experience in procurement, supplier management, or risk analysis in a global environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets related to spend, suppliers, and risk metrics. Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI) to model scenarios and conduct risk assessments.
  • Risk Management Knowledge: Solid understanding of procurement processes and risk management practices – including vendor due diligence, risk assessment methodologies, and basic regulatory compliance in supply chains.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-cultural, cross-functional teams. Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills to influence both suppliers and internal partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify problems and develop creative solutions under time pressure. Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills & Attributes

  • Professional Certifications: Certification in supply chain or risk management (e.g. CSCP, CIPS, or relevant risk management certification) is a plus, reflecting commitment to professional development.
  • Global Procurement Exposure: Experience working in a global or multi-region procurement environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with managing suppliers across different regions or cultures is an advantage.
  • Technical Aptitude: Experience with procurement or risk management software/tools is beneficial (tool-agnostic approach – e.g. experience with any e-sourcing, spend analytics, or risk tracking tools).
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Track record of process improvement or participating in projects to improve procurement efficiency, risk monitoring, or supplier performance.
