About the Role

We are partnering with a fast-growing wireless technology company building advanced RF communication systems that power robotics, drones and autonomous platforms worldwide. They're expanding their Singapore engineering team and looking for an RF Engineer with strong, well-rounded RF experience across design, testing or systems integration.

What You'll Do

• Support the design, development and optimisation of RF hardware and subsystems
• Conduct RF testing and validation, including bench testing, field testing and troubleshooting
• Work across the full product lifecycle, from prototype through to production
• Investigate and resolve RF performance issues such as range, interference and signal integrity
• Collaborate closely with firmware, hardware and product teams
• Contribute to documentation, test reports and compliance/certification support

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, RF Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field
• Solid, hands-on RF experience in design, testing, integration or product engineering
• Familiarity with RF test equipment (spectrum analysers, network analysers, signal generators)
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and comfort working close to the hardware
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of RF-related workstreams

Nice to Have

• Experience with wireless mesh networks or long-range radio communication systems
• Exposure to antenna design, RF simulation tools or embedded systems
• Background in robotics, drones, defence or industrial hardware
