Job Description

Contract Period: 8-month

Work location: Kai Tak

Key responsibilities

  • Performance management: Support goal setting and annual year-end review, and organisational scorecard processes. Prepare clear guidelines and collaterals, presentations, staff communications and training materials for HR stakeholders, business leaders and different audience groups.
  • Data and reporting: Collect, validate and analyze people data and compile reports and presentations for management review.
  • Key process coordination: Arrange review meetings, coordinate stakeholders, maintain relevant records and follow up on agreed actions.
  • Job evaluation: Support job evaluation and job slotting activities, including panel meetings, material preparation and documentation.
  • Project support: Partner with HR teams, line businesses, consultants and vendors to deliver performance, reward and governance initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in performance management, rewards, and HR reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and Chinese.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
