Are you a commercially minded, data-driven leader with a passion for pricing strategy and revenue growth? We’re looking for a Senior Revenue Manager to join our Commercial team and play a key role in shaping how we maximise revenue, optimise pricing, and enhance the customer offering across our network.
As Senior Revenue Manager, you’ll take ownership of our revenue management, pricing, and retail strategy, ensuring we maximise revenue while delivering a great customer experience. You’ll lead a small but high-performing team and work closely with stakeholders across the business and wider Arriva group.
This is a highly visible role where your insight, innovation, and commercial thinking will directly influence business performance.
Lead and develop the company’s revenue management and pricing strategy to drive revenue growth and optimise passenger loadings.
Own and manage fares strategy, implementation, and evaluation, including identifying opportunities and resolving anomalies.
Develop and optimise retail distribution channels, ensuring services are available, accurate, and commercially effective.
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends, using data to shape strategic decisions.
Lead revenue protection strategy and drive improvements across the business.
Oversee e-ticketing performance, including analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to share best practice and enhance capability.
Provide clear, data-led insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Degree-level education (or equivalent) with strong numerical and analytical capability.
Proven experience in data analysis and BI tools, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
Strong commercial awareness and experience influencing business performance in a trading environment.
Confident communicator who can present insights to senior stakeholders.
A proactive, innovative thinker who challenges the status quo and drives improvement.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative leader with experience managing or developing others.
Desirable:
Experience with revenue management systems and techniques
Background in rail or open access operations
