Job Description

Nxt Level is searching for a Senior Revenue Growth Strategist to play a crucial role in sculpting the future of our sales processes. In this key position, you'll breathe life into our sales lifecycle through innovative automations, sequences, and stages, helping us reach new heights of efficiency. If you're a master of CRM and ATS software, especially HubSpot and/or Crelate, and thrive in dynamic environments, we can't wait to see the magic you'll bring to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and perfect automation strategies that not only enhance sales efficiency but also magnify our effectiveness, making every team interaction more impactful.
  • Build and manage workflows and playbooks that ensure our sales team operates smoothly and flawlessly, creating a seamless rhythm within our CRM and ATS systems.
  • Innovate through A/B testing on email workflows to significantly boost performance and engagement.
  • Work closely with our CEO and COO to weave our core KPIs, scorecards, and overarching goals into the fabric of our daily operations, ensuring every step you take aligns with our strategic vision.
  • Analyze performance reports with a keen eye, turning data into narratives that inform and compel smarter business decisions.
  • Embrace additional tasks with enthusiasm, contributing to various team initiatives and projects that help us grow and thrive together.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated track record in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role where your strategic interventions led to remarkable outcomes.
  • A deep understanding of CRM and ATS systems, particularly HubSpot and/or Crelate, enabling you to navigate and optimize these tools with ease.
  • Exceptional analytical skills paired with a storyteller’s ability to see beyond numbers and charts, crafting strategies that resonate and result in tangible successes.
  • The independence to soar in your role, yet a team-oriented mindset that respects and upholds our company’s standards and collective goals.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to engage and inspire leaders and peers alike.
