As part of the Speexx RevOps team, Revenue Enablement sits at the intersection of systems, tools, and go‑to‑market. As our revenue organization continues to scale globally, we are formalizing Revenue Enablement as a dedicated capability within RevOps to ensure that our GTM teams are not only equipped with best‑in‑class tools but use them consistently and effectively to drive revenue.
The Revenue Enablement Manager role exists to bridge the gap between tooling and performance. This role is accountable for selecting, rolling out, and governing enablement tools, driving adoption across Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success.
Unlike traditional Sales Enablement roles, this position is deeply operational and data‑driven, with a strong focus on ROI, usage metrics, and measurable impact on pipeline quality, win rates, deal velocity, retention, and expansion. Success is defined by behavioral change and revenue impact - not by tool launches or training completion alone.
The role sits within the global Revenue Operations team and works closely with Sales, CS, Pre‑Sales, Finance, and BI. It plays a key role in shaping how Speexx’s go‑to‑market teams operate, learn, and continuously improve using technology.
