This Senior Revenue Administrator (SRA) position is located in the Property Tax Oversight (PTO) Program Research and Analysis Process. The position assists the Research and Analysis Manager with managing the intensive reporting process. The incumbent performs highly independent and collaborative work managing complex projects and processes. The SRA manages the production and distribution of internal and external property tax reports used for decision-making. These include the Databook, county and municipal millage and levy summaries, special legislative reports along with internal documents such as performance measures and sales analysis. This position also works with all process staff to develop and maintain process documentation and improve process efficiency through process mapping, designing improvement projects and implementing process changes as needed; servers as a key liaison with PTO and ISP staff to develop and maintain the PTO Data Warehouse; and assists with Revenue Estimating conference analysis and presentations. The position is a supervisory position.
