About You

You have a solid foundation in revenue accounting and know your way around ASC 606 — you can read a non-standard contract and reach a well-supported conclusion without needing a lot of hand-holding. You're comfortable working across a fast-moving close cycle and you bring the same level of care to a routine journal entry as you do to a complex multi-element arrangement. You work well with cross-functional partners — in Finance, Legal, Sales, and Operations — because you understand that revenue accuracy is a team sport. You're naturally curious about how systems and processes work, and when you spot a manual workaround, your instinct is to fix it. You bring a sharp eye for detail that matters here because revenue errors have real downstream impact on financial reporting and business decisions.

What you'll do and how you'll have an impact

• Review and analyze non-standard contracts to determine the appropriate revenue recognition treatment under ASC 606, and document your conclusions clearly for audit readiness
• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities for one business unit, working to tight deadlines with a focus on accuracy
• Partner with system teams to improve how we use our revenue systems, reducing manual effort and increasing the reliability of our revenue data
• Identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities in the revenue recognition and close process, and drive improvements from idea through to implementation
• Support M&A revenue integration work, helping new business units transition smoothly into our existing revenue processes
• Assist with the external audit process and contribute to cross-functional ad hoc projects that have a direct impact on how we scale revenue operations globally

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation preferred
• 3–5 years of hands-on revenue accounting experience, with direct exposure to ASC 606 or IFRS 15
• Working knowledge of NetSuite ARM, used regularly to support close and reporting activities
• Proven ability to review complex contract terms and translate them into accurate revenue accounting conclusions
