Salary Range: $94,505.00 - $124,894.00 SalarySUMMARY
CTC Global is the world’s leading developer and manufacturer of carbon fiber composite cores used in advanced overhead conductors for the global energy sector. We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing accounting and finance team. You will support the daily accounting and month-end closing activities including the company’s most critical accounting processes. This person should have a solid understanding of accounting in a manufacturing setting. Importantly, you will be involved in improving and simplifying our critical accounting tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and post journal entries, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and complete flux analysis for assigned accounts to ensure timely and accurate close.
- Review and approve sales invoices, validate GL coding, apply customer payments and down payments, and monitor aging to support cash‑flow accuracy.
- Process and reconcile intercompany sales transactions and ensure proper elimination during consolidation.
- Analyze revenue based on shipping terms and contract structure to ensure compliance with ASC 606.
- Maintain schedules for service‑contract deferrals, track related transactions, and recognize revenue in accordance with performance obligations.
- Assist with process improvements, system enhancements, and other tasks as assigned.

QualificationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years of public and/or private accounting experience, with emphasis in manufacturing and multinational accounting preferred.
- Experience with complex accounting and high-level analysis as well as the ability to understand the impact of operations on the company's financial statements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems (such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar).
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
