Join our team as a Senior Retail Sales Associate in a key holder role at our elegant retail boutique. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your leadership journey. As part of our team, you will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth daily store operations, including opening and closing functions. Your role will involve creating an inviting and inspiring store environment for both our customers and team members. You will have the chance to drive sales through authentic customer connections, gain a deep understanding of key metrics, and lead by example to make a lasting impact.

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $23.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Boutique Key holder: Be the one who holds the keys to success! Support our management team with open/closing duties, driving sales and creating an exceptional customer experience to ensure our store runs smoothly.
  • Customer/Hospitality Obsessed: You will be a customer experience host and create a House of Hospitality store environment. Your energy and passion for customer engagement will drive sales and leave an impression on our valued customers.
  • Product Knowledge and Sales: Delight our customers with complimentary coffee tastings and highlight your extensive product knowledge. Your expertise will help build our customer base and increase sales.
  • Brand Ambassador: Share our mission and values in sustainability and recycling and be a catalyst for change through the power of coffee. Be proud to represent a brand that cares.
  • Store Operations and Safety: Assist with shipments, arrange eye-catching displays, and ensure boutique cleanliness. Your attention to detail will create a welcoming and visually appealing space for our customers.
  • Training and Learning: You will undergo a training period that will equip you with the skills and coffee knowledge needed for success.
