HOW YOU WILL IMPACT OUR MISSION
The Senior Retail Operations Manager is responsible for complex project management, high level organizational collaboration, and oversight of all merchandise/food operations of assigned departments. The position is responsible for, but not limited to budget analytics, revenue generation, inventory management, procurement, merchandising, ordering, guest service, employee relations, food safety management, facility management, menu development, and strategic planning. This position reports to the Associate Director of Retail Operations and makes final decisions in the absence of the Director team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Oversees quick service food/retail operations, and, in addition has the responsibility of an ancillary retail function such as warehouse operations or office management for the division. Acts as a project manager for large, complex projects. Acts as duty manager of department as scheduled.
• Leads and inspires the retail operations team. Provides oversight and supports managers in areas of interviewing, hiring, training/development, staffing, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Exercises fiscal accountability and responsibility for multiple complex business streams that generate upwards of millions of dollars of annual revenue by providing high level support to retail managers to achieve revenue goals, menu development, and execution of effective labor management through forecasting and scheduling. Responsible for multi-million-dollar product procurement and contract analysis. Develops and manages shared revenue contracts and business operations that create new business relationships, and increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
• Oversees facility maintenance and repairs including material sourcing, managing competitive bids, and communicating improvements and/or maintenance needs to appropriate department. Develops best practice facility standards and provides department guidance and performance expectations to meet regulatory standards.
• Responsible for inventory management for assigned operations. Oversees point of sale and inventory software solutions for revenue and data integrity and functionality. Oversees and manages multiple venue inventory accuracy and operating costs.
• Develops and manages safety programs with the goal of preventing employee and guest injury. Ensures compliance with food, beverage, alcohol and health safety legal requirements. Develops and implements kitchen/culinary best practices and ensures compliancy.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
JOB EXPERIENCE
• Must have 4 years prior management experience in a retail or food setting
• Experience working with represented labor preferred
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, hospitality, or related field preferred
• ServeSafe Manager within 90 Days
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a diverse environment
• Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Able to handle highly complex interactions with employees and guests with a high level of tact and diplomacy
• Able to operate Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Knowledge of inventory best practices
• Able to operate moderately complex computer software programs
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment while producing a high level of results
• Plan, implement and assist in major construction projects
• Knowledge of budgeting and ability to impact profitability
• Effectively work with individuals at various levels of the organization

• Salary Range: $87,264 to $98,172
About The Salary Ranges
The posted salary range represents the full compensation potential for this role over time. Initial hiring offers are typically made within the lower to mid portion of the range and are based on a combination of relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and organizational considerations. Placement near the top of the range is generally reserved for individuals who demonstrate sustained performance, growth, and expanded responsibilities in the role over time.
